Contractor Accrediation
We work with numerous compitant contractors and we really do check to make sure there work is of a high standard, offering you the peace of mind that the work thats undertaken is correct, practical and fit for purpose. WE do this but ensuring the contractors that work on your development/property have been checked, hold the the right qualifactions, insurances and risk assesments before carrying out the required work. Using your own contractors? No problem we will still ensure they carry out the work as expected.

Site specific customer portals allow our customers to have access to information about their development/property 24/7. We are like to engage with our residents. The Portal is a great way of staying up to date with what's going on not just with the building or development but also in the wider community.
